This year’s Citizen of the Year is Jayne McHugh! Always the first to step up, Jayne lends a helping hand to countless projects across our community. You may have seen her leading the Junior Women’s Club of Boyertown, volunteering with Wreaths Across America, or marching with the Boyertown Alumni Marching Unit, as well as assisting many other local organizations.
